4D Elements Consultants conducted the integration, consolidation and synthesis of GIS information of the Villeta and Guaduas territories regarding the contractual route of Ruta del Sol, Section 1, with an emphasis on the organization of a FILE GEODATABASE, through the assessment on the territories vulnerability, which can be produced or increased, due to both the effects of climate change and the construction of Section 1 of the Ruta del Sol (contractual route).
